Information on Online Dispute Resolution / ODR-Platform of the EU Commission
The European Commission will provide an internet platform for online dispute settlement (so called „ODR-Platform“). This Platform shall apply to the out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations stemming from online sales or service contracts between a consumer resident in the Union and a trader established in the Union.
